Step-free level access is available via the City Room entrance (off Victoria Station) and Hunts Bank. The Trinity Way entrance is only accessible via stairs.

Lifts connect the main entrances (City Rooms and Hunts Bank) to the public concourse, and a lift is available at Trinity Tunnel for event floor access.

Accessible toilets are available on all main concourses (near Blocks 108/109, 116, 119, and 120), and a Changing Places toilet is located near Block 110. A Radar key is recommended.

An induction loop system is active in the auditorium (covering Block 114 Rows L-X, AP 108, and AP 109), and loops are available at the Box Office and the Customer Services desk near Block 101.

Information can be provided in large type upon request, and magnifying glasses are available at the Box Office.

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. Owners should contact the venue in advance to arrange.

Complimentary personal assistant tickets are available for disabled visitors who qualify through the venue's booking scheme.
