Level step-free access is available to the Theatre (main events space) via Back Colquitt Street, and to the Main Bar via Seel Street. The Loft is not wheelchair accessible.

An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor between the Theatre and the Main Bar, controlled by a Radar key.

Braille or large print material can be provided if the venue is contacted in advance.

Guide and hearing assistance dogs are welcome; visitors should notify the venue when booking.

Complimentary companion admission can be arranged by completing the venue's accessibility form in advance.
