Level step-free access is available from the main entrance throughout all public concourse spaces.

Lifts are available within the venue, including to access the EVIP Lounge.

Nine public unisex accessible toilets are located in the Forum and concourses (RADAR key operated). A Changing Places facility with changing bench and hoist is located near Block 12.

A radio frequency analogue hearing system covers 100% of the arena bowl. Receiver packs (lanyards or neck loops for T-position hearing aids) are available free of charge from Security on arrival.

Trained assistance and guide dogs are welcome. Water bowls and designated areas can be provided.

Complimentary personal assistant/companion tickets are available for disabled visitors using the Nimbus Disability Access Card scheme via AXS ticketing.
