All venue spaces (J1, J2, and J3) feature flat floor access. Limited stools can be reserved for standing events.

Lift access is available within the venue complex where multi-level spaces exist.

Accessible toilets are located in all venues, including a Changing Places toilet in the J3 space.

Induction loop in foyer areas; infrared hearing assistance systems in J1 and J2 (use T-setting on hearing aids).

Large-print versions of publicity materials can be provided upon request.

Registered assistance dogs are welcome, and a dog-sitting service can be arranged with 24 hours' notice.
