Level step-free access is designed throughout, including a step-free route from the Etihad Campus tram stop and dedicated Entrance B.

Four high-capacity passenger lifts serve all public concourse levels and premium seating areas.

Accessible toilets are available on all levels (Levels 00, 01, 02, and 03) and are accessible via Radar Key.

Equipped with hearing loop technology functioning within the main auditorium bowl. Assistive listening devices can be requested from Fan Services on Level 1 (advance reservation recommended).

Assistance dogs are welcome. Owners should contact the venue in advance. High-vis jackets are requested for dogs during events.

Complimentary companion/personal assistant tickets are available when purchasing accessible seats.
