Level step-free access is available at the main entrance doors on Arena Way.

Lifts are available to connect concourse levels and provide access to seating blocks, suites, and premium areas like The Gallery.

Accessible and ambulant toilets are available on all public levels. A Changing Places facility with tracking hoist, height-adjustable basin, and central toilet is available on the ground floor concourse (RADAR key operated).

An RF induction loop system is installed to cover the arena, with receivers available for collection at the Information Desk in the main atrium.

Event running times can be provided in large print if requested at least 72 hours in advance by emailing accessibility@firstdirectarena.com.

Assistance dogs are welcome. The arena has a dedicated toilet area for assistance dogs, and can provide seating with extra space or arrange secure care during events.

Complimentary companion/personal assistant tickets are available for disabled attendees booking accessible seating.
