Step-free level access is available throughout the main concourses and foyer areas. The main arena features 68 accessible bays and seats located in step-free areas.

Passenger lifts are available to connect concourse levels and provide access to all public levels.

Accessible toilets are available on all levels (seven in the arena and eight in the adjoining Auditorium Liverpool). A Changing Places toilet is located nearby in the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

Hearing induction loops are available in the venue, and a hearing assistance system is installed at the on-site Box Office counters.

Large print versions of the Terms and Conditions of Entry can be requested by emailing the box office.

Assistance dogs are welcome in the venue, and seating can be arranged to provide space for them.

Complimentary companion/personal assistant tickets are available for disabled visitors who qualify through the Nimbus Disability Access Card scheme.
