Accessible unisex toilets requiring a RADAR key and a Changing Places toilet (with height-adjustable bench, hoist, and space for up to two personal assistants) are available.

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) compatible with digital hearing aids and those with a 'T-position' (telecoil) setting, or with headsets for those without hearing aids, are available to borrow at the Level 1 Customer Service desk.

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue, and water bowls can be provided. Contact the access team in advance to arrange.

Complimentary personal assistant tickets are available for events when booking accessible seating, typically coordinated using the Nimbus Disability Access Card.
