OVO Arena Wembley

Level access is available from Arena Square. However, there is no level or step-free access to the arena floor (stalls blocks A, B, C, D) or tiered seating, which require climbing steps.

Passenger lifts are available to access disabled seating bays, but there is no lift access to the arena floor (Blocks A-D).

Accessible toilets are located on both the North and South concourses, within 40m of wheelchair platforms, including Changing Places facilities with adjustable changing bench and hoist.

An infra-red hearing assistance system is installed in specific seating blocks. Customers can email customerservices@ovoarena.co.uk for details.

Assistance and service dogs are welcome at the venue.

Complimentary companion/personal assistant tickets are available for disabled visitors who register their access requirements via the Nimbus Access Card or AXS Digital Access Pass.
