OVO Hydro

Level step-free access is available at both the East and West accessible entrances. The first two floors of the concourse are step-free, though many seats on upper levels require climbing stairs.

Fireproof passenger lifts serve the first two concourse levels and within the Hydro Club to connect from the ground floor to the club bar, restaurant, and suites.

Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue and campus, including Changing Places facilities on Level 2 (RADAR key operated, keys can be borrowed from staff or purchased at Information Desks).

Induction loop systems are available at the Box Office, Information Desk, and Cloakroom. An infra-red system covers blocks 204-206 and 213-215 (reliant on touring production), with headsets available to sign out at the Information Desk.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Water bowls and toileting support can be provided.

Complimentary personal assistant/carer tickets are available when booking accessible seats.
