SEC Armadillo

Level step-free access is available at the main entrance, with level access to the stalls viewing platforms and seating areas.

Passenger lifts are available to access all levels of the Armadillo, though scenic lifts have specific floor limits.

Accessible toilets are available on all levels (accessed using Radar keys, which can be borrowed from stewards or purchased at the Information Desk).

Assisted listening is available via the Sennheiser Mobile Connect app (connect to the venue Wi-Fi and scan QR code at Box Office). Induction loops are also in the stalls (reliant on production) and at all box offices.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Requests for support and facilities must be made at least 7 days in advance. Dogs must be clearly identifiable.

Complimentary companion/personal assistant tickets are available when booking accessible seats.
