Street-level entry is available at the main entrance with flat level access throughout the foyer and ground floor.

Three main passenger lifts are available (located in the main lobby, North VIP lobby, and South VIP lobby) providing access to all floors and concourses.

Accessible toilets are available on all levels. A Changing Places facility with ceiling hoist and adult changing bench is located on the first-floor concourse near Door 15 (staff or concierge desk can provide access).

An FM hearing loop system is active within the arena bowl for performances, and induction loops are fitted at the Box Office counters and the Concierge Desk.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Owners should book seating in wheelchair-accessible areas for sufficient space, or concierge staff can look after dogs during events.

Complimentary or discounted companion/essential aid tickets are available when booking accessible seating via Ticketmaster's accessible booking system.
