Level entry to the ground floor via the glass wing entrance on the Grindlay Street side of the building, which features automatic/power-assisted doors.

Passenger lift access is available to all levels of the concert hall (though a back-of-house lift is currently used while the main lift is out of order).

Accessible toilets are available on the Stalls and Grand Circle levels.

An induction loop system is active in the auditorium seating areas for hearing aid users (switch to 'T' setting).

Assistance dogs are welcome at the venue and can be looked after by staff during the performance if requested.

Complimentary or concession essential companion tickets are available for disabled patrons by booking through the Box Office.
