Utilita Arena Birmingham

Fully step-free access throughout the main foyer and all seating tiers in the arena bowl, with direct access from the South Car Park Level 11.

Lifts are available in the South and West car parks to connect to the venue, and throughout the venue concourse. Note that the North Car Park does not have lift facilities.

Stand-alone, unisex accessible toilets are located concourse-wide and on the arena floor (RADAR key operated). A Changing Places facility with height-adjustable adult changing bench and ceiling hoist is located opposite Block 5.

A radio frequency hearing system covers 100% of the arena bowl. Receiver packs with lanyards/headphones or personal neck loops can be requested from stewards.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Water bowls are provided, and dogs can be housed in a designated area during events.

Complimentary essential companion/personal assistant tickets are available for disabled visitors who qualify through the Nimbus Disability Access Card or free AXS Access Registration.
