Level step-free access is available via ramped entrances into the foyer and main arena ground floor stalls.

Passenger lifts are available to connect all levels, with lift dimensions suitable for standard wheelchairs.

Six accessible toilets are located across the venue: two on the ground floor (inside the main arena), two on Level 1, and two on Level 2 (not radar key operated).

A radio frequency hearing system is available, covering the auditorium. Guests can request neck-worn induction loops or headphones at the Reception Desk in the foyer (refundable £20 deposit required).

Assistance dogs are welcome. Owners must notify the venue in advance and provide proof of ADUK registration.

Complimentary companion/carer tickets are available for disabled visitors who qualify through the Live Access Scheme.
