Fully step-free access throughout the main foyer and concourses, with level access to concourse seating.

Lifts are located on the ground floor at Entries B and C to provide access to the concourse levels.

Three sets of accessible toilets are on the ground level (Entries B, C, D) and four on the concourse level (RADAR key operated). An assisted changing Changing Places facility with height-adjustable bench and tracking hoist is at Entry B.

Hearing assistance is provided via the Sennheiser Tourguide 2020-D system transmitting via FM radio. Headsets should be booked in advance.

Large print or easy read versions of accessibility information can be requested by contacting the venue directly.

Guide and assistance dogs are welcome. Pass-outs for dog toileting are available. Contact the arena in advance to book.

Complimentary companion/essential companion tickets are available for disabled visitors who qualify through their booking scheme (accepts the Access Card).
